« The château is situated in the heart of Pouilly-Fuissé since the 15th century. It served as shelter to villagers during difficult times. It has always been the backbone of our family. Firstly it provided us with shelter : : c’était et c’est toujours le it has been and still is the roof over our heads. Secondly it has unique cellars in which we still vinify our vineyard parcels individually. And above all it represents the strength and stability upon which we have depended since 1862. We are just passing through, it will remain ! »
