The Macon-Fuissé remains a less widely known appellation compared to Pouilly-Fuissé; it adjoins Pouilly-Fuissé’s vineyards. Located on the upper slopes, the character of the Mâcon-Fuissé is fresh, with more minerality and pure fruit. Aged in stainless steel tanks.
